Refund policy
LUNITA JEWERLY RETURN POLICY
We have a 15-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for store credit or other items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at lunitajewels@gmail.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with the approval or rejection of your refund. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for their return or exchange. Customer can return the item via their choice of carrier or by requesting a return label from us.
Custom made pieces, sale items and wholesale orders are excluded from this return policy. All custom ordered and sale items are not exchangeable and final sale.
Return fees will be deducted from your original form of payment after the refund is processed.
